No Doubt bassist Tony Kanal has been granted a temporary restraining order against a trespasser.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kanal claims that the trespasser – identified as George Leonardopoulos – has paid frequent and unwelcome visits to his home in LA since January.

During one visit, cited to have occurred last week, Leonardopoulos allegedly told Kanal’s wife that he used to live in the property with its previous owner, Heath Ledger.

The Oscar-winning actor tragically passed away in 2008 following an accidental drug overdose, however, Leonardopoulos bizarrely claimed that he was still alive and living inside the house.

Kanal states that Leonardopoulos wanted to enter the garage in order to “wake” Ledger and eerily said, “If you know what is good for you, you will let me in.”

The filing also describes instances where Kanal has called the police after finding Leonardopoulos outside the property wielding sticks or knives.

An LA judge granted the restraining order on Friday (April 1), prohibiting Leonardopoulos from coming within 100 yards of the Kanal family and their home.

The order will reportedly stay in place until a hearing is held later this month.
