‘Jackass’ Director Jeff Tremaine Gets Restraining Order Against Bam Margera
Jeff Tremaine, the director of the upcoming ‘Jackass‘ film, has been granted a temporary restraining order against Bam Margera.
In documents shared by TMZ, the court has order Margera to stop contacting Tremaine and to stay at least 100 yards away from him and his family.
Alleged messages sent to Tremaine from Margera seem to demonstrate the former Jackass star’s disturbing state of mind.
“Look at your children and grab your pocket book and write a check, if you are greedy, and cheap, look at your children again.” Reads one message. “If you don‘t sign the paper, look at your children. Sign your stupid f***ing contract before your (sic) not safe anywhere.”
Margera was reportedly removed from the cast of ‘Jackass 4′ after failing to follow conditions in his contract, including attendance at rehab.
In a video posted on Margera’s Instagram account, the stunt actor called out Jeff Tremaine and Johnny Knoxville for “betraying” him.
“So my family “Jackass” has betrayed me, abandoned me, rejected me. Not all of them, I love all of them and they love me back, but specifically Jeff Tremaine and Johhny Knoxville.” Said Margera.
“So I feel like my family has done everything horrible to me and made me jump through hoops and walk on egg shells, which is impossible. Strung me along like a f****** puppet to get the $5 million dollars that I usually get when I make a movie with them because Jeff Tremaine – ‘big brother’ – and CKY has started it.”

Margera’s co-star Steve-O, who has also struggled with sobriety in the past, commented on the video. “Bam the two people you’re saying wronged you (Knoxville and Tremaine) are the same two people who organized the intervention which saved my life.”
“Everyone bent over backwards to get you in the movie, and all you had to do was not get loaded. You’ve continued to get loaded, it’s that simple. We all love you every bit as much as we all say we do, but nobody who really loves you can enable or encourage you to stay sick.”
