Kanye West Criticised For Burying Pete Davidson In New Music Video

Kanye West has shared a music video for his latest track Eazy, in which he kidnaps and buries an animated Pete Davidson alive.
The 44-year-old rapper is facing fresh backlash for the video which was released overnight on his Instagram page.
In it, a claymated caricature of West can be seen putting a bag over a character that looks like Davidson before tying him up and kidnapping him.
He then drives out to a remote area and buries the comedian alive. Later, scenes then show West’s character sprinkling rose seeds on and around Davidson’s head.
The flowers eventually bloom and West returns to cut several roses that have sprouted out of Davidson’s head and loads them onto a pick-up truck.
The imagery seems to reference the rapper gifting Kim Kardashian a truckload of red roses on Valentines Day last month.
The video ends with the message, “EVERYONE LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER, EXCEPT SKETE YOU KNOW WHO. JK (just kidding), HE’S FINE.”
Many people have criticised the rapper for the “disturbing scenes,” with one viewer writing: “Kanye West decapitating Pete Davidson in his new music video is absolutely disgusting and pathetic. The man’s 44 and having a completely one-sided feud with this guy to this extreme.”
