Macaulay Culkin wants a call from Disney after the company announced a reboot of Home Alone.
The actor heard about the announcement that Disney will be remaking his classic 1990 film for their new streaming service, Disney+.
He shared an update on his character Kevin McAllister on social media, with the caption, “This is what an updated Home Alone would actually look like.” followed with “Hey @Disney, call me!” in a separate tweet.
The 38-year-old reprised his role to star in a Google advertisement around Christmas time in 2018 and it was a huge success after being received well by fans of the Christmas classic.

Disney head, Bob Iger, told investors during a conference call that they are remaking Cheaper By The Dozen, Night at The Museum and Home Alone.
The news was quickly reacted to by many that say it wouldn’t work in today’s technologically advanced society. One commenter stated, “With GPS tracking, smartphones, texting, FaceTime, Google and Alexa services and advance housing security systems, the odds of Kevin being left behind for as long as Macaulay Culkin’s character in the 90’s classic seems far fetched.”
Home Alone was the highest-grossing live-action comedy in the United States until 2011 when it was replaced by The Hangover Part II. A sequel was released in 1992 titled Home Alone 2: Lost in New York with another two following that did not include Macauley in 1997 and 2004.
