Rosario Dawson Joins Hulu’s ‘Dopesick’ Cast As DEA Agent

Rosario Dawson has joined Hulu for an upcoming series focussed on opioid addiction.

The 40-year-old Zombieland: Double Tap actress will play Bridget Meyer in the series Dopesick next year.

She will join the likes of John Hoogenakker, Kaitlyn Dever, Michael Keaton, Jake McDorman, Will Poulter, Philippa Soo and Peter Sarsgaard.

According to The Wrap, Dawson will play Bridget Meyer, a “tough DEA agent who fights to curtail the use of OxyContin.” with the overall series described as “an ambitious, harrowing, and compelling look into the epicentre of America’s struggle with opioid addiction.”
