Nick Loeb, ex-fiancé of Sofia Vergara, wants her to pay $120,000 for attorney fees in his court battle.

In legal documentation, seen by unCrazed, Nick has asked a judge to award him $117,590.87 in attorney fees, with an additional $2,958.26 in costs.

They have battled in court for a couple of years over frozen embryos — over the years Nick has filed multiple lawsuits against the Modern Family star seeking the embryos are brought to life.

After splitting in 2014, Sofia refused to give him consent over the embryos, which has led to the multiple lawsuits, one of which Sofia filed herself. He wrote an op-ed in the New York Times saying, “When we create embryos for the purpose of life, should we not define them as life, rather than as property? Does one person’s desire to avoid biological parenthood (free of any legal obligations) outweigh another’s religious beliefs in the sanctity of life and desire to be a parent?

A woman is entitled to bring a pregnancy to term even if the man objects. Shouldn’t a man who is willing to take on all parental responsibilities be similarly entitled to bring his embryos to term even if the woman objects?

These are issues that, unlike abortion, have nothing to do with the rights over one’s own body, and everything to do with a parent’s right to protect the life of his or her unborn child.”

Sofia is yet to respond.
