Spotify CEO Daniel Ek Preparing New £2bn Arsenal Takeover Bid

Spotify co-founder Daniel Ek is reportedly preparing a new £2bn takeover bid for Arsenal football club.
Sky Sports News have reported today that Ek is now prepared to offer £2bn in an effort to takeover the football club.
Ek’s initial offer of £1.8bn which received backing from former Arsenal stars Thierry Henry and Dennis Bergkamp failed after the Kroenke family rejected the offer last month.
However, the Spotify CEO has maintained a keen interest in buying the club which he has supported since childhood.
In April the Kroenke family released a statement saying that they remain”100 per cent committed to Arsenal and are not selling any stake in the club”.
