Alexander Skarsgård Cast In Sci-Fi Thriller ‘Infinity Pool’

Alexander Skarsgård is set to star in Brandon Cronenberg’s new sci-fi thriller film, ‘Infinity Pool‘.

Cronenberg, who has previously written and directed Antiviral and Possessor, has also penned the script for this latest project.

The story follows a rich couple on holiday. Their all-inclusive resort boasts island tours and gleaming beaches. But outside of the hotel gates waits something much more dangerous and seductive, beyond the edge of paradise.

Neon and Topic Studios will finance the new title.

Alexander Skarsgård, known for his work on acclaimed shows like True Blood and Big Little Lies, has recently finished filming for Robert Eggers film, The Northman. He has also joined the cast of HBO’s Succession.

Deadline reports that filming will begin on September 6.
