Alicia Keys Announces New Double Album ‘KEYS’
Alicia Keys shares the first details of her new double album, KEYS, which will feature an ‘original’ Side A and ‘unlocked’ Side B.
The ‘original’ side is said to be “laid back piano vibes” entirely produced by her self.
The ‘unlocked’ is “upbeat, drums level-up vibes”, and, according to NME, Side B will be entirely produced by Kendrick Lamar collaborator, Mike Will Made It.
Keys’ last album, Alicia, was released in 2019 and this album is said to be a kind of follow companion to the previous album, thus the name.
Alicia was initially delayed due to the pandemic. It was slated for release on the 15th May 2020 but was not released until the 18th September.
