Anya Taylor-Joy Wins ‘Face Of The Year’ Award
More Anya Taylor-Joy news, as the star dominates another red carpet.
Sporting “a purple Oscar de la Renta blazer mini dress with a Gigi Burris hat,” ELLE described the look has having “real vintage vibes”.
On their website, RCFA exclaimed how they “wouldn’t be surprised if Anya was part of the design process […] as it very much fits the retro theme she has been leaning into since her promo tour for ‘Last Night in Soho.’”
This time, Joy was trending on twitter after CFDA presented her with the Face of The Year Award.
The awards ceremony which took place in New York, hosts an annual event “in partnership with Swarovski,” as reported by Fashion United. The ceremony concentrates on “outstanding contributions made to American fashion by individuals from all areas of the industry”.
On their website, CFDA spoke on Joy’s award stating: “So powerful has been her on-screen persona that she has since gone on to grace countless national and international magazines.”
They also took to instagram with photos of Taylor-Joy and her award, adding:
