Ariana Grande has announced that she is giving away $1 million worth of therapy to fans after partnering up with a mental health organisation.

The singer has partnered with mental health organisation Better Help to help give fans seeking therapy access to a licensed therapist.

People who sign up for the offer will receive one month of free therapy with an option to renew through Better Help with a 15 per discount for the second month.

Grande posted the announcement on her Instagram saying.

“Thrilled to be working with Better Help to give away $1,000,000 of free therapy! While acknowledging that therapy should not be for a privileged few but something everyone has access to.”

“Healing is not linear or easy but you are worth the effort and time, I promise!” she added.

She went on to say that she is hopeful the therapy giveaway would be a “helpful starting point” and give fans a chance to build space in their lives for regular therapy sessions.
