Ariel Winter Responds To Body-Shaming Troll

Ariel Winter is extremely busy — but it seems one comment, in particular, sparked her frustration and disgust with a particular troll on social media. 

The Modern Family actress shared images of her and boyfriend, Levi Meaden, celebrating the new year.

One image was Ariel and Levi holding a champagne flute, which led to one commenter saying “drinking underage” — she doesn’t turn 21 until January 21, 2019. Ariel responded and said, “I didn’t want to be the only one toasting with water,”.

Commence the feud: a second commenter then claimed Ariel used cocaine and meth to lose 30 pounds. She replied, “Yup, I dropped 30 [pounds] of water so fast,” further explaining that her psychiatrist changed her medication which regulates her metabolism, leading to the weight loss, as her previous anti-depressant made her put on weight.

The commenter continued to say Ariel is “living the Hollywood dream. She drinks, smokes and experiments. You people forget that is what people like her do.” — with Ariel replying, “Thanks for the compliment…?”.

Continuing, she called the commenter, “s****y and completely arrogant…

I’m sure you know EXACTLY what goes on or is hand in hand with EVERYONE in Hollywood seeing as everyone knows everything about people they DON’T know… I couldn’t have lost weight for any other reason just because of the industry I’m in?”

Trolls are going to thrive off the attention, and sadly this troll did.
