Assault Case Dropped Against Slim Jxmmi

Charges have been dropped against rapper Slim Jxmmi after the alleged victim withdrew their allegations.

According to TMZ, prosecutors in Flordia said they lacked a good faith basis to file any battery charges after the victim recanted her claims. They added that there would be a “credibility concern” that would make prosecution difficult to achieve.

The case related to an incident in January, in which police were called to an address in Miami where Slim’s girlfriend claimed he had knocked down a door and attacked her, ripping out her hair extensions in the process.

Despite the violent nature of the allegations, Slim’s girlfriend – with whom he shares a child – withdrew her statement shortly after the incident.
