Battery Charge Dropped Against DaBaby

The battery charge filed against DaBaby has reportedly been dropped.

According to TMZ, the Clark County District Attorney’s Office has dismissed the misdemeanour charge against DaBaby with prejudice. The decision supposedly came after he fulfilled terms to resolve the case.

Among the conditions met by the 29-year-old rapper was the payment of $7,500 to the alleged victim.

DaBaby was accused of attacking a driver in Las Vegas back in November of 2020. The driver reported the incident in February of this year and DaBaby’s lawyers vehemently denied the allegation.
