The sportscaster, Bob Costas, has announced he will be leaving his position at NBC after more than 40 years of presenting.
Bob spoke with New York Post on Tuesday after speculation he was ending his contract earlier than 2021 — he said everything was “settled quietly and happily”.
Throughout his career, Bob has accrued a phenomenal 28-Emmys, and although he’s ended his contract early, he claims he will continue working for the MLB Network and will even consider starting a new interview show.
Bob continued, “If I do anything else, it will be a hybrid of my HBO [On the Record with Bob Costas] and Later… I have some possibilities, but I have to decide what I want to do,”.
He may have ended his contract, but it seems you are still going to be graced by his face on television for a long time to come.
