Bruce Springsteen’s daughter Jessica has earned a place in the US Olympic equestrian team and will head to Tokyo to compete in the 2020 games.

His daughter will be heading to the 2020 games in Tokyo with her horse Don Juan van de Donkhoeve after failing to make the cut for the 2016 games.

Jessica began horse riding at the age of four at her parent’s farm in New Jersey. She previously participated in the Olympics back in 2012 after joining the US team as an alternate rider.

In a post to her Instagram Jessica celebrated the news saying: “Been dreaming of this since I can remember! Endless gratitude for my team, friends and family for helping me make this a reality.”

The Tokyo 2020 Olympics will commence on July 23 after the coronavirus pandemic delayed the games for over a year.
