BTS also uploaded a spoken announcement video to their YouTube channel where they said: “We are going to meet ARMY through online streaming.”
Permission To Dance On Stage will be held on October 24. Details such as ticketing pricing and availability are yet to be disclosed.
The event will be the groups first ever online concert and comes just a month after the announcement that they would be cancelling their Map Of The Soul World Tour.
BTS stated in August that they had cancelled the tour because of delays caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
Coldplay also recently announced that they would be collaborating with BTS on a new single called My Universe. Read more about this here.
