‘Bulletproof’ Scrapped After Noel Clarke Allegations
Hit series Bulletproof is to be discontinued by Sky and Vertigo after twenty women accused the star and creator, Noel Clarke, of sexual harassment.
The allegations against Clarke date back as far as 2004.
Sky had already halted production of the fourth season while they investigated, but has now officially ended its involvement with the show.
Vertigo Films – the production company behind the show – has followed suit.
Clarke has already had his BAFTA membership suspended after The Guardian published firsthand testimony from his alleged victims.
In the article, Clarke is accused of “sexual harassment, unwanted touching or groping, sexually inappropriate behaviour and comments on set.”
As well as “professional misconduct, taking and sharing sexually explicit pictures and videos without consent, and bullying between 2004 and 2019.”
