Caitlyn Jenner Discontinues Skincare Line After Issues With Kylie Jenner
Caitlyn Jenner has pulled all of her skincare products following issues with the Jenner trademark.
All of Caitlyn’s upcoming skincare line was pulled, according to the legal documentation, she filed for express abandonments of all skincare applications which includes Caitlyn’s Skincare, Caitlyn Jenner Skincare, Skincare by Caitlyn Jenner, Jenner Skincare and Skincare by Jenner.
Trademark officials are stating the applications by Caitlyn are way too similar to those of Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner, saying it would cause “confusion” among customers.
It’s a nice thing for Caitlyn to do though, literally preventing her daughters own brands from being compromised by any confusion — according to our sources, Caitlyn didn’t need to cease commencement of all her products as only some were highlighted as an issue.
