‘Captain America’ Actress Mollie Fitzgerald Charged Over Fatally Stabbing Mother

Mollie Maxine Fitzerald, who played Stark Girl in Captain America: The First Avenger, has been charged with fatally stabbing her mother. 

The 38-year-old was arrested in Kansas City after her mother was found dead inside her home due to a fatal stabbing.

Fitzerald was charged with second-degree murder by law enforcement in Olathe. The actresses mother, Patricia Fitzgerald, was found dead on December 20, 2019, in her home with an alleged stab wound.

Olathe Police have said, “A 38-year-old white female, known to the victim, was contacted on scene and transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. This case remains under investigation by the Olathe Police Department.”

We are told Mollie is set to be arraigned on Thursday.
