Cardi B hits back at online trolls and defends Lizzo after she posted a tearful video detailing racist and body-shaming abuse.
After releasing Rumors, Lizzo went live on Instagram and broke down in tears. She shares that she has received racist and body-shaming abuse on social media.
“People who have something mean to say about you, and for the most part it doesn’t hurt my feelings, I don’t care,” she said.
“I just think when I’m working this hard, my tolerance gets lower, my patience is lower. I’m more sensitive, and it gets to me.”
Cardi B, who features on the new track, shared the video on Twitter.

In another tweet, Cardi hits back at haters that have said the new song is “flopping”.
