Channing Tatum & Jenna Dewan In Nasty Divorce

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan’s divorce is taking a nasty turn, according to reports. 

On Tuesday, Tatum filed legal documentation that asks a judge to grant a holiday custody schedule, and Dewan isn’t happy about it.

According to sources, a custody schedule was in place for their 6-year-old, Everly, but at some point Jenna was busy working and requested the schedule to be changed; Channing refused and it has led to a new schedule request for a judge to approve.

A joint account with funds to cover expenses relating to Everly is in place, according to Tatum sources, but on the flip side, Dewan claims the 22 Jump Street actor isn’t contributing.

When Channing has their daughter, he doesn’t allow Jenna to FaceTime — but equally when Dewan has their daughter, Tatum doesn’t get heavily involved with FaceTime, again, this according to various sources.

A representative of Jenna’s spoke with TMZ.com and said, “Jenna’s priority has always been, and continues to be, her daughter’s well-being.”
