Chester Bennington’s Wife Finalising Estate

Chester Bennington’s wife, Talinda Bennington, requires more time in finalising his estate.

In July 2017, Chester sadly committed suicide — days later, a video was uploaded of him that shows the former singer seemingly happy, spending time with his family.

According to TMZ.com, Talinda is negotiating child support payments alongside copyright claims. In the legal documentation, Talinda states she is unable to provide any form of inventory or appraisal of his estate; asking for a further 12 months to put the estate in order.

Talinda holds full control over the Linkin Park estate, and his ex-wife, Samantha Olit, is owed royalty rights to some of his music, including non-touring merchandise.
