Comedian Louie Anderson Hospitalised With Cancer

Comedian Louie Anderson has been hospitalised for cancer treatment.

According to TMZ, the 68-year-old was diagnosed with DLBCL Diffuse large B cell lymphoma.

Following this, he has now been admitted to a hospital in Las Vegas to undergo treatment.

Anderson is famous for starring in features such as Coming To America and the FX series Baskets, for which he won three Emmy Awards. He also hosted the 1999 revival of Family Feud until 2002.

While it remains unclear exactly when he was diagnosed and what treatment he is currently receiving, his representative – Glenn Schwartz – has assured that he is “resting comfortably”.
