Conor McGregor Criminal Damage Lawsuit Dismissed

Conor McGregor’s alleged phone-smashing incident earlier last month led to a lawsuit. 

He was arrested due to allegedly smashing a fan’s phone outside a hotel in Miami.

Court documents now show that Ahmed Abdirzak, the accusee, filed a notice with the court stating he was dismissing the lawsuit against Conor.

Interestingly, he dropped the case with prejudice, which means he is unable to re-file the lawsuit. Our sources are indicating that an out-of-court settlement has been reached between Conor and Ahmed.

Ahmed was initially suing for assault and battery — and he was seeking $15,000 in damages.
