Criminal Minds could be about to make an epic comeback.
The hit CBS show wrapped in 2020 after fifteen seasons, but could already be on its way back in a surprise reboot.
Pandemic binge watching has given the show a lifeline, with Paramount ready to bring it back.
It is, at this point, still in the development stages but network leadership confirmed the revival remains in the works a year on from expressing interest putting the show back on air.

Paget Brewster – who played agent Emily Prentiss – had originally said that plans to bring the show back were ‘dead’.
But chief programming officer at Paramount – Tanya Gills – reassured fans that it is still very much in their plans going forward.
“We are still very much in development on ‘Criminal Minds.’ We’ll have more to share soon on that, but it is alive and well,” she said.
If it goes ahead, the sixteenth season will see the team come back together investigate a single case over ten episodes.
