Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell are taking a moral step in the direction of clearing the pending rent for tenants.

In response to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic — that has become one of the biggest-silent killers since records began — Shepard and Bell are relieving tenants in financial difficulty due to the crisis a months payment grace.

According to sources, the couple has decided to waiver the pending April rent for tenants living in a Los Angeles building they own. An email was sent out this week to inform residents of the building, managed by Pringles Property LLC, owed by Dax and Kristen.

Over 100 million U.S.A. based citizens were ordered to stay indoors last week, and the employment market has depleted at a rapid rate forcing many into financial difficulty.

Dax’s sister is the manager of the complex and has promised to work alongside residents living within the building to ensure any money worries can be addressed at the earliest convenience.
