Diplo Is Facing Another Sexual Assault Allegation

Diplo, real name Thomas Pentz, has been accused of another sexual assault after a woman claims he coerced her into performing sexual acts.

The DJ’s attorney has denied these claims.

Documents obtained by TMZ report that the woman claims she went to an after-party with Pentz and friends.

It is alleged they were supplied with weed and alcohol which they accepted.

The accuser claims Diplo invited her to his personal room and told her she was not allowed to leave until she performed sex acts on him.

The victim claims she feared for her safety and ending up performing oral sex on him.

It is believed that the encounter was filmed without her consent.

She says she was in a fit state to consent to any acts that occurred.

In a statement, Diplo’s attorney Bryan Freedman says:

“This complaint is completely outrageous, wildly untrue and yet also entirely predictable, given that it simply repeats the exact same claim already made by the plaintiff’s friend Shelly Auguste, an individual who has been harassing Mr. Pentz and his family for more than a year and already has repeatedly violated the restraining order issued against her.”

“We have irrefutable evidence that this is a completely meritless claim and we will be providing it to a court as quickly as we possibly can to put an end to this shakedown by Ms. Auguste and her accomplices once and for all.”
