Chet Hanks Served With Assault Charge At Birthday Party

Chet Hanks has been served with an assault charge at his birthday party, after ex-girlfriend Kiana Parker tracked his location using Instagram. 

Court documents obtained by Radar confirmed Tom Hanks son was partying at Houston club Bottled Blonde when he was served the charges.

Parker is an entrepreneur who owns multiple hair care businesses.

Parker told Radar “I am glad that he must finally answer for his charges, this has been lingering for too long and I will continue to seek closure, healing, and justice.”

Court documents claim the alleged incident happened in New Orleans.

Chet allegedly lost it on her after she refused to listen to his demands

She claims she tried to leave the room but Chet physically restrained her.

During the altercation she claims he racist towards her and smashed her phone into pieces.

Now that Parker has served the charges, the $1million lawsuit originally filed in April 2021 can move forward.
