Drake Withdraws From 2022 Grammy Nominations
It has been confirmed that Drake has withdrawn 2 Grammy nominations.
Drake was one of five nominees for Best Rap Album for Certified Lover Boy, and for Best Rap Performance for his song Way 2 Sexy.
According to Variety, the decision was made by Drake personally to withdraw the nominations, but the motivation for doing so is not known yet.

Voting for those two rap categories will go forward with the four remaining nominees.
Though Drake‘s relationships to the Grammy’s has been somewhat up-and-down, it is unclear why he has made this decision but there is speculation his name appearing alongside Travis Scott‘s in Astroworld lawsuits may be a factor.
