Ed Sheeran Reportedly Self-Isolating After Watching England At Wembley

Ed Sheeran has reportedly been told to self-isolate after attending the England game against Germany last month.

The singer watched England’s 2-0 win against Germany at the Euro 2020 football tournament alongside David Beckham and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Some time after the game Sheeran received a text message from the NHS indicating he had come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. As per the rules set out by the UK government Sheeran will now have to self-isolate for 10 days.

The Sun newspaper reports that Sheeran will still have to self-isolate even though he has taken multiple COVID-19 test’s that have come back negative.

Unfortunately, for Sheeran the news comes at time he was gearing up promotions for his new upcoming album and tour.

Last month Sheeran released single ‘Bad Habits’ which is currently at No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. He also recently collaborated with BTS on their new single released last week ‘Permission To Dance’.
