Edward Norton Sued Over Set Fire

Edward Norton has been sued by a couple from New York, according to The Blast.
During the filming of Motherless Brooklyn, a film produced by Edward’s production company, a fire started at an apartment building which caused damage to property and the death of a firefighter.
According to legal documents, the couple, Doris and Adolphus Adams, were in the apartment when the fire broke out — both trapped until rescued by firefighters.
The couple is saying the production was working with flammable materials and they also believe the production company tried to hide the information that a fire had taken place.
Since the incident took place in March 2018, Doris and Adolphus are having difficulty breathing and sleeping; and both had to vacate living in the apartment, a place they have known as home for 50 years.
Class 5 productions, Edward’s production company, are being sued for $5 million in damages — both Edward and Class 5 have denied any wrongdoing.
unCrazed has sought information from the investigation, but our sources are keeping tightlipped on this one.
