Elle Fanning Wore A Giant Gold Chain As A Crop Top
Actress Elle Fanning attended the InStyle Awards in Los Angelas, and wore her edgiest look of the year in a Balmain crop top.
Fanning teamed the statement piece with long straight hair, bright red lip and low-rise black slip skirt for an effortless Balmain look.
She paired the look with matching bright red nail varnish, and gold tube rings.
Fanning spoke to ELLE.com last May about her quarantine style.
“I’ve been wearing a lot of comfy stuff honestly,” she said. “If I have an interview or things with friends on Zoom, I’m like, how do I dress from the waist up in different ways? What you normally wouldn’t choose: good necklines, bright colours. I’ve been doing a lot of makeup, posting on my Instagram.”
Fanning is currently starring in The Great, an American “anti-historical” comedy loosely based on the life of Catherine The Great.
At the award show, Fanning’s stylist Samantha McMillen won Stylist of The Year, and Fanning wrote a heartfelt message on Instagram thanking McMillan.
“THIS. WOMAN. My Mama Unicorn won STYLIST OF THE YEAR tonight. But Samantha McMillen is my stylist of the year every day!” wrote Fanning, in the picture embracing McMillen.
“We cried as I finally watched her step into the deserving spotlight. We have worked closely for 10 years. She is family. Samantha treats each of her clients with love, respect, and most importantly KINDNESS! I love you.”
