Margo Harshman, the actress that played Tawny Dean in Shia LaBeouf’s Even Stevens, is filing for divorce from her husband, according to TMZ.com.

The actress co-starred alongside Shia in 2000 to 2003 — in recent years, she has worked on Big Bang Theory, NCIS and Modern Family.

Her soon-to-be-ex-husband, Austen Hooks, steered his career as a musician.

Currently, the details are unclear as to why the pair have split, but they don’t have any children together.
