Filming ‘House Of Gucci’ Hospitalised Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga has revealed that she was hospitalised due to various health issues while filming House Of Gucci.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Gaga said that during filming of the upcoming movie, she would wake up at 3am to begin her transformation into her role and that she would often vomit after she woke up.

This was from a mixture of “anxiety, fatigue, trauma, exhaustion, commitment and love.”

“You wake up, you throw up, you go to set, throw up again,” she said.

Gaga also recalled how when filming one scene she failed to break character and “fell apart” which led to her being hospitalised.

“(There’s) a scene where I knock a lit candle across the room, and I remember I gave Salma (Hayek) a heart attack that day. I was falling apart as (Patrizia) fell apart. When I say that I didn’t break character, some of it was not by choice,” she said.

The 35-year-old singer plays the role of Patrizia Reggiani in the upcoming film, an outsider who marries into the Gucci family.

House of Gucci will be released in cinemas on November 24.
