Henry Thomas Makes Plea Deal In DUI Case

E.T. actor Henry Thomas has made a plea deal for his DUI case. 

The 48-year-old was arrested last month after law enforcement found him passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle in Oregon.

He was booked for DUI and released on his own recognisance around 12 hours later. unCrazed has established the follow up from his initial arrest and charge; he won’t be serving time behind bars.

Instead, Thomas will enter into a diversion program and 12 months along with a one-time victim impact panel, pay a $500 fine and have an ignition interlock device installed in his vehicle.

Henry pled no contest to driving under the influence and reckless driving, and it’s understood that he didn’t “phone home” after his arrest.
