Hilaria Baldwin Expecting 7th Child With Husband Alec Baldwin
Hilaria Baldwin reveals she is expecting her seventh child with her husband Alec Baldwin.
Announcing the news on Instagram, Hilaria posted a video of herself and Baldwin with their six children: 8-year-old Carmen, 6-year-old Rafael, 5-year-old Leonardo, 3-year-old Romeo, 1-year-old Eduardo, and 1-year-old Maria.
Baldwin also shares his eldest child – 26-year-old Ireland – with his ex-wife Kim Basinger.
“After many ups and downs over the past few years, we have an exciting up and a huge surprise: another Baldwinito is coming this fall,” Hilaria wrote in the caption. “We were pretty sure our family was complete, and we’re beyond happy with this surprise.”
“I’m sharing with you the moment we told the kids – as you can see, they are super excited! Our new baby is a very bright spot in our lives. A blessing and a gift during such uncertain times.”
The couple’s announcement comes five months after the tragic death of Halyna Hutchins, who was killed after Baldwin accidentally discharged a live firearm on the New Mexico set of the western film Rust. The 63-year-old and other producers from the project are currently being sued by Hutchins’ family.
Hilaria and Baldwin, who began their relationship in 2011 before marrying a year later, also confirmed their news with People.
“We have ‘somos un buen equipo’ engraved on our wedding bands. We say that to each other all the time – we’re a good team,” read their statement. “One of the most beautiful things my children have experienced with a big family is how the heart can grow with every new sibling.”
“Our capacity to love continues to expand and we can’t wait to embrace our new little one this fall!”
