Horatio Sanz Accused Of Sexually Assaulting An Underage Fan

Former SNL cast member Horatio Sanz has been accused of sexually assaulting an underage fan at a party in 2002.

According to a lawsuit filed against the comedian, Sanz allegedly groomed and sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl at a Saturday Night Live afterparty in May 2002.

The girl (referred to as Jane Doe) is accusing Sanz of groping her at the party while in the presence of several NBC employees.

In documents obtained by TMZ, the lawsuit states that the victim received an email in January of 2000 from Sanz after she posted on several forum websites about SNL.

She claims that this is when the grooming began as Sanz continued to message her on AOL Instant Messenger in 2001.

Overtime, the messages from Sanz reportedly had become more sexual before they finally met at the afterparty in 2002.

The woman also claims that she encountered Sanz at event in 2019 where he admitted to having “cybersex” with her.

Sanz’s Lawyer Andrew Brettler has denied all the claims in a statement obtained by CNN.

The woman is also going after both NBC and SNL for enabling Sanz’s alleged grooming and assault.
