Howard University Honours Chadwick Boseman

The alma mater of Chadwick Boseman has honoured the late actor by officially naming a building after him.
Boseman graduated from Howard University with a a Bachelor degree in directing. The Black Panther star would later campaign to prevent the College of Fine Arts there from being absorbed into the College of Arts and Sciences.
Howard University released a time-lapse video on YouTube which showed the official renaming of the building taking place.
“Yesterday, the letters were installed over the now official Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts.” Announced the university on Twitter. “An icon in his own right who has left an immeasurable legacy for the next generation. Thank you, Mr Boseman.”

Boseman passed away in August last year following a battle with colon cancer. He was 43-years-old.
