Hugh Dancy And Anthony Anderson Join ‘Law & Order’ Revival

Hugh Dancy joins Anthony Anderson in the cast of NBC’s upcoming Law & Order revival, touted as the show’s 21st season.
According to Variety, Anderson will reprise his role as Detective Kevin Bernard under a one-season commitment. Dancy is reportedly set to play an assistant district attorney.
The return of Law & Order was announced back in September. The show originally enjoyed over a decade on air before its cancellation in 2010.
Very little is known about the new season, though Jeffrey Donovan has also joined the cast. NBC reportedly hopes to convince a number of other former Law & Order stars to return, though no specific names have been shared.
Dancy is best known for his starring role as Will Graham in NBC’s hit drama, Hannibal. He has also featured in Hulu’s The Path and Apple’s upcoming series, Roar.
Anderson currently stars in ABC’s Black-ish, which is due to air its final season in January. He has also enjoyed roles in significant films such as The Departed, Transformers, and Scream 4.
