Isabella Gomez Starring In ‘Head Of The Class’ Reboot On HBO

Isabella Gomez is taking on a new lead role for an HBO Max reboot.

The 22-year-old One Day at a Time actress, who recently discovered her role in the series has been axed after the show was cancelled, is now taking on a new starring role for a pilot on HBO Max.

Gomez will play Alicia in the reboot of the 1980s Head of The Class, written by Amy Pocha and Seth Cohen, with the description of the upcoming series saying “the re-imagined Head of The Class revolves around a group of overachieving high school students who meet their greatest challenge – a first-time teacher, Alicia Adams, who wants them to focus less on grades and more on experiencing life.”
