Jade Thirlwall Is Honoured By Gay Times
Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall is one of the esteemed recipients of Gay Times Honours, alongside drag queen Bimini Bon Boulash and rapper Lil Nas X.
Gay Times have said “In a world where LGBTQ+ identities are still under attack, allies like @jadethirlwall are vital.”
The honour she will receive is still a mystery, with Gay Times writing “the recipient of a GAY TIMES Honour, find out which Honour Little Mix’s Jade will receive tomorrow!”
Only the cover has been shared, with the theme being space-age and an impressive four CGI artists working on the cover.
Back in March, Jade told Gay Times that Little Mix is writing a song for he trans community.
“We wrote a song that me and Camille thought would be a great trans awareness song,” Jade said. “We haven’t recorded it yet but I’m on the case.”
Drawing attention to their LGBTQ+ fanbase, Jade continued: “It’s so important. We are always trying to raise awareness.
”I think we have a duty to really, we’ve got such a massive LGBT fan base and I want to make sure that we practise what we preach and we are walking the walk instead of talking the talk.”
