Jay Leno Says Gabrielle Union Is A ‘Great Girl’ After Questions About ‘America’s Got Talent’

Jay Leno was quizzed by a photographer about Gabrielle Union on Sunday evening.

The former talkshow host and comedian was asked multiple times about Union and his opinion of her firing from America’s Got Talent.

He went silent to avoid giving his answers to certain questions, specifically relating to a joke that caused Union to speak up and call him a racist — which he denies.

The 69-year-old was leaving the Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach, California when the photographer pressed him about the joke, Union and whether she was mistreated.

Either way, the only comment Jay gave was “[she is a] great girl” — a comment he repeated as he stepped into his Tesla before driving away from the area.
