‘90210’ Star, Jed Allan, Has Died Aged 84

Jed Allan who played Rush Sanders in Beverly Hills, 90210, has died aged 84. 

The actor passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, according to his son.

He played the father of Steve Sanders in the series — acted by Ian Ziering — who has paid tribute to Jed, saying, “So sad to hear we’ve lost another 90210 castmate. I had the pleasure of working with Jed Allan from 94 to 99. He played Rush Sanders, Steve’s father. Such a great guy to work with, he will be missed.”

Throughout his career, Jed has been part of many noteworthy series including Days of Our Lives and Santa Barbara.

Last week, Luke Perry also passed away, making this the second loss to the original 90201 cast.
