Jennifer Lawrence Returns After Years Break

Jennifer Lawrence has returned to the big-screen after announcing she was taking a breather from Hollywood.
She has locked in her first project in over a year produced by Scott Rudin and Eli Bush, although details surrounding the production are under wraps.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film has similarities to her breakout indie-film Winter’s Bone. This upcoming Untitled A24 production is written by first-time screenwriter Elizabeth Sanders, featuring the debut of Lila Neugebauer; a New York stage director, and in June 2019, principal photography will start in New Orleans.
Speaking to THR, Lila said, “It’s something that I’ve hoped to do and has been in the back of my mind for some time now. I directed my first episode of television last spring, On the Duplass Brother’s HBO show Room 104.
That was a really lovely opportunity to get behind the camera because the throughline of the anthology show is that they’re all set in the same hotel room, so in a way, they’re sort of all one-act plays. It was a very natural fit.”
More information will be announced as the production develops, alongside any further upcoming Jennifer cameos.
