Johnny Depp: Alleged Assault Victim Wants $70,000

A crew member that sued Johnny Depp for assault has slammed the actor in court saying he is owed around $70,000 for the supposed incident.
According to legal documentation, seen by unCrazed, Gregg “Rocky” Brooks has asked a judge not to allow Johnny to move the on-going case to a different court; the alleged victim, if successful, would only be awarded up to $25,000.
The Pirates of the Caribbean actor requested the judge to reclassify the case as a “limited civil case.” and to move the case to a lower court claiming the damages awarded should be no more than $25,000.
Johnny continues to deny the alleged assault ever occurred, saying that Gregg has failed to claim any medical expenses. In the latest documents, the alleged victim says as a result of the alleged incident he lost wages, “which at the time of discovery response, were estimated at $70,000.”
Gregg explains, “Given the nature of the complaint, the facts of the case herein, the injury suffered by the Plaintiff, and the harm Plaintiff continues to suffer, it is highly likely the damages awarded in this case will exceed $25,000.”
The alleged victim claimed Depp punched him twice in the lower side of his rib cage and is accused of yelling, “I will give you $100,000 to punch me in the face right now!” — Gregg claims his breath smelled of intoxicants.
