Josh Duhamel & Fergie Settle Divorce Terms

Fergie and Josh Duhamel have settled on their divorce terms. 

Nearly 3 years ago the duo announced they were separating with Fergie filing to divorce Duhamel in May.

The terms of their divorce were never made nor agreed, but on Friday a settlement was submitted in the Los Angeles Superior Court … pending a judges approval.

In the submitted terms, Fergie wants joint legal custody of their 6-year-old son, Axl.
