Kanye West Reportedly Working On ‘DONDA 2’
Steven Victor, the COO of Kanye West’s record label GOOD Music, has claimed that the rapper is already hard at work on his 11th studio album.
In a recent statement to Complex Magazine, Victor, revealed that West has already begun work on his next album, with its title currently set as DONDA 2.
“Ye has started working on his new masterpiece DONDA 2,” he said.
If true, it would mark the first time that West has implemented the use of numbered sequels.
The news of a new album comes under a week after footage shared online appeared to show West in the studio with rapper Scarface. Read more about this story here.
West released DONDA on August 29, after multiple delays and several changes to the album itself throughout the month. In a three star review, NME Magazine described DONDA as “incredibly and unnecessarily long.”
