Kelly Clarkson Finalises Divorce Settlement With Brandon Blackstock

Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock have finally settled their divorce case after two years of bitter negotiations. 

The 39-year-old singer, who announced her split from Blackstock, after nearly seven years of marriage in June 2020, has agreed to pay her former spouse $45,600 per month in child support for their two kids, as reported by TMZ.

Additionally, Clarkson has agreed to a one-time payment of $1,326,161 and $115,000 per month in spousal support to Blackstock until January 31, 2024.

The pair have also agreed to share joint custody of their two children, who will live in Los Angeles with Clarkson, but visit Blackstock one weekend a month in Montana.

Meanwhile, Blackstock is permitted to live at Clarkson’s Montana ranch until June, but he will have to pay her $12,500 rent.
