Kelly Clarkson Set To Replace ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’

NBC has announced that The Kelly Clarkson Show will replace The Ellen DeGeneres Show after its final season concludes.

The show received a largely positive reception when it debuted in 2019. NBC is hoping it will be able to fill the considerable boots left by the DeGeneres Show.

The Kelly Clarkson Show is currently in its second season and has already been renewed for another two.

Valari Staab, president of NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations said in statement: “The Kelly Clarkson Show‘ is one of the most optimistic success stories in first-run syndication. Kelly is a beloved performer and host with deep roots at NBC and we are delighted to have her continue to be a very important and treasured part of our stations’ programming.”

The Kelly Clarkson Show is hosted by the 39-year-old American Idol winner of the same name – known for songs like ‘Stronger‘ and ‘Because of You‘.
